Medical Record Organization
We take the mess of medical records handed over to you and clean them up by:
- Organizing them to our template or in your preferred order
- Book marking each section
- Pulling out duplicates
- Bates stamping (if desired)
Merit Reviews
We'll screen your case for duty, breach, causation, and damages; and then provide a written or verbal discussion of findings.
If it has merit, we'll recommend a detailed case analysis and/ or chronology as the next step.
Case Analysis
We'll dissect the case apart by:
- Highlighting missing records
- Listing failures in standards of care
- Including references to research and/ or articles
- Attaching a chronology
- Writing a summary of events
- Pointing out potential defense arguments or pitfalls in the case
Chronologies
We include these in a Case Analysis but can provide these stand-alone if you wish. Each one includes:
- Hyperlinks to exact pages in the records
- Relevant events listed from beginning to end with dates and times
- Our unbiased opinion on what occurred in the records.
- Names of facilities and staff potentially involved.
- Explanation of medical terminology
Expert Witness Location

About
Hannah Welk is the CEO and sole owner of Red Rose Legal Nurse Consulting since 2024.
Her years at bedside include experience in a high-acuity ICU and at a Correctional facility. She's precepted new nurses, sat on unit council to advocate for her peers, obtained a certification in critical care nursing, and functioned in the ICU float team to fill staffing holes across multiple critical care units.
Hannah was born and raised in Lancaster, PA (also called the Red Rose City). Her passions include breadmaking, reading as many books as possible, running long distances, and taming her wild twin girls with the help of her husband.
Hannah has translated her passion for caring and advocating for others from the bedside to the legal realm by piecing together the unjust stories hidden in patient medical records.
