Hannah Welk is the CEO and sole owner of Red Rose Legal Nurse Consulting, founded in 2024.
Her clinical background includes working in a high‑acuity ICU, call time as a Sexual Assault nurse examiner, and caring for inmates at the county prison. She has precepted new nurses, served on unit council, and worked in the float team to suport safe staffing across the critical care division of the hospital.
Born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (also called the Red Rose City) she spends her time baking bread, being outside, and raising her spirited twin girls and one son alongside her high-school sweetheart.
Hannah has carried her passion for care from the bedside into the legal arena, where she continues to advocate for adherence to standards of care to best protect both patients and medical staff.
